Reservations
We will be glad to receive an e-mail with your favourite dates for check in and check out, don’t forget to write also your telephone number. We will answer to you as soon as possible.
We confirm your reservation through email after receiving a 150€ deposit in our bank account; please write the name of the guest who will stay at the Maso in the reason of the transfer.
Remind: the minimum stay is 3 nights, on request you can stay less at the daily fee + half of it as extra charge
Cancellation
No right, if you cancel your reservation, can be find in the Italian Code for the customer’s protection; but, in case, according to the Civil Code, Art. 1382, the guests need to understand the following procedure:
Cancellations within 60 days prior the arrival day: deposit will be charged as penalty.
Cancellation between 60 - 20 days (included) prior the arrival day, the 60% of the total price will be charged.
Cancellation less than 20 days prior the arrival date: the holiday full amount you will be charged.
